SWG is delivering lodge-themed creekside living in downtown Silverdale with the $30.5 million Rivulet Apartments.

The average unit size is 621 square feet. Rents range from $1,600 to $2,700 a month. Rivulet will fill the gap of offering a modern, new rental product to help with the shortage of units in the Kitsap market.

Rivulet features 78 apartments in two stories with 117 tucked under and surface parking stalls in two buildings on 1.71 acres. A walkable and bike-friendly community located on Clear Creek and the nine-mile Clear Creek Trail, it is a short walk to the new $500 million St. Michael Medical Center. The walkability of the site will also be attractive to empty nesters who may want to downsize or be less reliant on a car, a news release says.

A bike room on the first floor has a direct connection to the Clear Creek Trail catering to active lifestyles. Seamless connection to the outside is celebrated with two outdoor decks facing the trail, creek and views of Dyes Inlet. Further contributing to wellness is a fitness center with Zen room, business center with quiet room and landscaped trails with water features that lead to a dog park.

The design was inspired by the natural environment and wildlife bordering the property and features NW-lodge-themed interiors, vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, two finish schemes and natural elements of wood and stone.

Rivulet is the first apartment community in the area to offer elevator access to each floor. It also introduces the open one-bedroom floorplan to the Silverdale market with a sliding bedroom door to the sleeping area. Traditional one- and two-bedroom homes also are offered.

SWG is focused on smart-growth projects with a positive social-environmental impact, connection to community and the land on which it was built. Rivulet was designed by Balance Architects and built by Clark Construction.
