Jamie Lissow, known for his sharp wit and versatile comedy, will take the stage at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton Nov. 23 at 7:30 p.m.
The comedian, actor and writer is best recognized as a regular guest on Gutfeld! on Fox and for co-writing and starring in Netflix’s Real Rob.
Lissow’s comedy often draws from his life experiences, creating relatable and hilarious moments. “My act follows the tracker of my life,” Lissow said. “Right now, I talk about going through a divorce, having kids and just getting engaged.”
With years of experience in TV, including The Tonight Show and Dry Bar Comedy special, Lissow’s true passion remains performing live. “Every show I do is different. It’s an experience you can’t get from watching a special,” he said.
Lissow also appreciates the unique energy of smaller towns. “In places like Bremerton, there’s a real sense of appreciation. When I perform in big cities, entertainment can feel taken for granted. In smaller towns, the connection with the audience is stronger,” he said.
As someone who balances family friendly and more adult comedy styles, Lissow embraces the evolving landscape of stand-up. “Comedy is a way to exercise free speech and offer insight, especially now when it’s needed most,” he said.
Ending on a humorous note, Lissow quipped, “People ask if I have a favorite kid. You’re not supposed to, but I do—it’s my neighbor’s kid.”
Tickets are available through the Admiral Theatre’s website.
