Nighttime drivers traveling on eastbound State Route 16 across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge should plan for lane closures Wednesday, Oct. 23, as crews perform annual tolling equipment maintenance.

Before starting work at the toll plaza, crews will close the on-ramp from 24th Street Northwest to eastbound State Highway 16 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Crews will then close all of the Good To Go! electronic toll lanes beginning at 10 p.m. All of the lanes will reopen by 4 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24.

During the closure all vehicles will be detoured through the toll booths.
