SCHOOL SUPPLIES DRIVE: North Kitsap Fishine is accepting donations of new school supplies through Aug. 20. POUSLBOPALOOZA: Poulsbopalooza will showcase eight local bands from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Poulsbo’s Raab Park on Saturday, Aug.28. Safari, Thresh and Faithful Sinners Workshop are headlining the show, which includes two live jam sessions where musicians and bands can sign up to play a song or two.

WOMEN’S BOOK CLUB: A Women’s Wealth Book Club will meet from 5-8 p.m. the second Thursday of the month at the First Lutheran Church, 18920 4th Avenue NE, Poulsbo. The book club begins Sept. 9. Cost is $10 per month and includes dinner. WWBC’s purpose is to bring high-achieving business women and independent professionals together in discussion, learning and networking. Toiletries and accessories are collected for donations to local women’s shelters at each meeting.

POULSBO AMERICANA FESTIVAL: A free summer concert with kids games, food and a wine and beer garden will be from 2-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Raab Park.
