Two men evaded police at the Pour House Tavern Christmas morning after reportedly assaulting two men and a woman they called a “Bremalo.”
Police were called to reports of an assault between four men in the back parking lot of the Pour House in the 300 block of Naval Avenue at 1:57 a.m., according to Bremerton police reports. When officers arrived, two men – one with visible face injuries – pointed out two other men as the assailants. They left the area despite police orders to stop and a sweep of the area came up empty. The two men at the tavern – a 23-year-old Belfair man and a 23-year-old from San Marcos, Calif. – said they were leaving the bar when two men in a blue pickup truck assaulted them for an unknown reason. The woman at the scene, a 24-year-old from Bremerton, said she tried to stop the fight, but one of the suspects pushed her and called here “Bremalo.” She was unhurt.
