Weedin is Featured Presenter for Regional Conference
Dan Weedin, a local consultant and communications effectiveness coach for business leaders, recently gave an educational presentation for the Toastmasters Region 1 Conference in Oakland, Calif., on June 20.
Weedin gave a 60-minute presentation on how to leverage the use of stories in business presentations to more effectively deliver your message. Weedin is a member of two Toastmasters clubs in Kitsap County.

Poulsbo Chamber sponsors social networking workshop
The Greater Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a workshop on using social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.
Jeffrey Dennison of Embarq is the speaker. The workshop will be from 4-5 p.m. July 28 at the Poulsbo Fire Department, 911 Liberty Road, Poulsbo.
