Sept. 11 is the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States. The Herald will soon publish a special report on commemorations being held throughout Kitsap County, and we'd like to include your story. We invite you to share your memories of that day; you can also pay tribute to the heroes and victims.
