An eyewitness in Port Orchard says Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office deputies fired more than one dozen shots at a suspect exiting a vehicle on Bethell Burley Road.
The shooting occurred just a couple hundred yards north of Mullenix Road shortly before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The eyewitness reported that a man was being loaded onto a gurney shortly after the shooting.
