The Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce’s monthly luncheon is Jan. 15, at 11 a.m. at the Port Orchard Pavilion, 701 Bay St.

Chamber Executive Director Matt Murphy will present his “State of the Chamber” address. The Chamber will also honor the “Sailor of the Year” at Naval Base Kitsap. Dickey’s BBQ will provide lunch.
