Poulsbo’s Corbin, Casey get fastest marathon times

The fastest time for the 2013 Poulsbo Marathon's full marathon went to hometown runners.

POULSBO — The fastest time for the 2013 Poulsbo Marathon’s full marathon went to hometown runners.

Joshua Corbin of Poulsbo finished the marathon in 3 hours 2 minutes 57 seconds. Corbin entered in the 30-39 age group, was the first male to cross the finish line.

Poulsbo resident Kirsten Casey was the first female runner to finish the marathon in 3:28.38.

Chris Fendrich of Seattle finished the half marathon first in 1:19:25. The fastest female runner was Laura Springer of Bainbridge Island, finishing in 1:33:31.
