Gordon and Jean Parke of Poulsbo announce the engagement of their daughter, Bridget Parke, to Jason Crabtree, son of Glen and Colleen Crabtree of Kingston.

Parke is currently working toward completing a degree in public affairs and nonprofit leadership at Seattle University and is a graduate of West Sound Academy.

Crabtree is currently studying overseas as a Rhodes Scholar. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with honors and commissioned into the Infantry. He is also a past graduate of Poulsbo’s West Sound Academy.

A July 2009 wedding is planned. They will make their first home in Oxford, England.
