A new partnership team will operate the Central Dock Restaurant and the Bay Street Meat Company, both located in the Port Orchard Public Market.

Don Ryan, managing partner in both companies, will hand over operations to Central Dock LLC, which includes partners Drew MacEwen, Coreen Haydock and Steve Sago.

“I’m proud of what my partner Kim Cherry and I have been able to do in Port Orchard and the market over the last few years,” Ryan said in a news release.

“This town has so much to offer, and we’re confident that even better and more prosperous days await Bay Street and the merchants and businesses there.”

Ryan will be managing a new venture in Portland that will require frequent time and travel there, he said.

The new management will take over in September.
