The Port Orchard Farmers Market has planned to honor several longtime vendor on Aug. 30.

They are Davis Farms (35 years), Linday Young (34), Euffacia’s Backyard Garden (31) and Tom Farmer Oyster Co. (30).

There will be a celebration cake and freshments. The Crichton Family Band is slated to play from 12-2 p.m.

The Port Orchard Farmers Market was started in 1978 by Chris Smith and Charlotte Garrido.
