OLYMPIA — The state Department of Health took disciplinary action against the following health care providers in Kitsap County.
— In June, the Nursing Assistant Program charged certified nursing assistant Maria Griffin, also known as Ma Regina Braza Griffin and as Constance Griffin (NA10011515), with unprofessional conduct. Griffin allegedly accepted thousands of dollars from a patient with dementia. The Department of Social and Health Services won’t allow her to be employed in a job with access to vulnerable adults.
— In June, the Nursing Assistant Program charged certified nursing assistant Jane B. Hall (NC10035407) with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly inappropriately spent at least $9,452.99 of a client’s money. The Department of Social and Health Services found she financially exploited a vulnerable adult. She is not allowed to be employed in access to vulnerable adults.
