POULSBO — Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (www.TimRyanConstruction.com) has completed renovation of the Jensen Building at 19910 Viking Ave. NW, Poulsbo. The building is owned by Robert Stoker and Molly Mansker.

The 6,100-square-foot renovation included extensive repairs to the exterior of the building as well as creation of five individual lease spaces with new finishes throughout. Richard Prine of Poulsbo was the project architect.

“We greatly benefited from TRC’s commercial building and property management experience during our remodel process,” Stoker said. “We have two very different businesses — Ole and Inga Vintage Boutique, and Seatech Publications, Inc. — and TRC worked with our individual needs. Their personnel were always professional and were a pleasure to work with. We feel TRC did an outstanding job.”
