POULSBO — More snow fell on the North End overnight, causing what’s becoming the usual delays.

• Poulsbo City Hall will be open from 10 a.m. to noon today. The office will be closed on Christmas Day.

• Kitsap Transit is offering limited services, which use only the main arterial roads.

• County recycling offices in Poulsbo and Hansville are closed today and will be closed tomorrow for Christmas Day.
