Toll may be answer to congestion on 305

For the Bainbridge Island council member who bristled at widening the highway to four lanes, the obvious rejoinder is to get them to pay a toll when they cross the bridge. Folks will take the Kingston boat then.

Regarding the story, “Fixing Highway 305,” page A1, July 4 Herald:

For the Bainbridge Island council member who bristled at widening the highway to four lanes, the obvious rejoinder is to get them to pay a toll when they cross the bridge. Folks will take the Kingston boat then.

All take and no give.
