A 44-year-old South Kitsap man was arrested after trespassing onto Suquamish Clearwater Casino property four times Monday. He told officers he was waiting for his girlfriend.

According to reports, the man became belligerent when casino employees refused to serve him more alcohol. Casino security forced the man to leave the premises.

The man came back four times between 11:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. before police were called a second time to remove the man from the casino.

There was no mention in the reports that the girlfriend ever came out to find the man in those two hours.

The man was arrested and booked in jail for disorderly conduct and trespassing.

His bail was set at $4,000.

That’s embarrassing

A 31-year-old Poulsbo woman was caught relieving herself at the back of her 1997 Dodge Ram truck that was blocking a residential driveway.

When officers arrived on scene at 12:40 a.m. March 6, the woman was lying on the floor of the cab and smelled strongly of alcohol.

According to police reports, it appeared the truck was stuck in a ditch and was in the driveway.

Officers ran the license plates and found the truck was registered to another woman.

When asked about the owner, the 31-year-old started looking around and yelled for her.

According to the incident report, she was belligerent and tried to kick the officer.

The officer used a hair-hold, taking her to the ground on her stomach before placing her in the patrol car.

A restraint hobble had to be used to keep her from kicking out the window and doing damage to the car.

The vehicle owner arrived on scene and agreed to remove the vehicle.

Upon a check of the 31-year-old, officers found her license was suspended from driving under the influence.

The woman was required to have an ignition interlock device, which the truck didn’t have.

The woman was booked for assault, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and violation of ignition interlock requirement for a combined total bail of $20,000.

Trouble with love

Deputies responded to an alleged death threat on March 6 in Suquamish.

A 36-year-old Suquamish man threatened to shoot his girlfriend’s new boyfriend after finding out about their relationship.

The woman walked to the Suquamish Tribal Wellness Center to call 911 after the man disconnected their phone.

She told police she took ammunition out of his revolver because she was afraid.

The woman reported that she dated the man for five years but recently started a relationship with another man.

The 36-year-old man confronted her about the affair. She said he told her “I’ll take care of him.”

The woman was outside when her new boyfriend drove up the driveway. She advised him to drive away and the other boyfriend approached the vehicle.

The boyfriend drove away but the shirt pocket of the woman’s shirt was stuck in the door and ripped.

When deputies questioned the man about the gun, he said he never touched it but denied telling officers where it was.

The woman showed officers the revolver and an antique rifle. Both were entered into evidence.

The man was arrested and booked in jail for harassment. His bail was set at $5,000.
