POULSBO — Patti Kelley is the new business development officer for First Federal’s Poulsbo branch and lending center.

Kelley has 28 years of experience in financial planning, business development and customer service. She studied banking in Aptos, Calif., and after college continued her education through the American Management Association in Seattle. She managed the Bainbridge Island branch of Kitsap Credit Union.

Her interests include motorcycle riding, travel and books. She created and facilitated the annual Oktoberfest on Bainbridge Island.
