Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc., Guild Mortgage Company and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission is offering a free first time home buyer education class at 11a.m. Oct. 24 at MontClair Park Assisted Living Center at 1250 NE Lincoln Road in Poulsbo.

This five-hour class is required for first time home buyers to take advantage of State sponsored assistance programs.

Attendees will receive a free state certificate that is good for two years.
