Poulsbo residents are invited to an informational open house at 4 p.m. Oct. 21 on the city’s new City Hall in the City Council Chambers.

Steel work is expected to start this month and windows expected to be installed by December, according to a statement from the city.

At the open house city officials will explain the next phases of the $15.8 million project. Fixtures and finishes will also be available to review.
