Several firefighters were on stair-steppers at the Kingston Albertsons, training for this Sunday’s Scott Firefighter Climb at Columbia Tower in Seattle.

Pictured, firefighter Heath Clark uses a stairstepper to simulate the 69 stories of climbing that he’ll be doing in full firefighting gear this weekend. NKF&R have raised more than $8,500, but is accepting donations until March 30.
