WASHINGTON, D.C. — Peter Crabtree of Kingston is coming home from Washington, D.C., with a $10,000 scholarship in his hand. The teen beat out more than 8,000 candidates nationwide to be recognized Tuesday evening in the nation’s capital as Visa Inc.’s young entrepreneur of the year.
