Poulsbo’s Windermere Real Estate office recently hired two new associates.

Carii Clawson, a native of the Pacific Northwest, is a 20-plus year veteran of the sales industry. Prior to joiningWindermere, Clawson owned a recruiting company specializing in outside sales.

Clawson lives on Bainbridge Island and enjoys fishing, hiking and time spent with her black lab, Bailey.

Tom Schirle has been in real estate development and remodeling for 25 years. Prior to joining the Windermere team, Schirle enjoyed a successful career as a licensed general contractor.
