Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc. and Bank of America, in conjunction with the State Housing Finance Commission, is offering a free, first time-home buyer education class from 5:30-8 p.m. June 10 and 11. The class will be NW Laborers & Employers Training Center located in Kingston at 27055 Ohio Ave (north of ferry terminal).

This five-hour class is required for first time-home buyers to take advantage of state-sponsored assistance programs.

You will learn about the many programs available through state and county agencies to assist first time home buyers. Help is usually in the form of below market interest rates and/or down payment assistance.
