Wolfe has slight lead over Streissguth for County Commission | 2014 Election

Bremerton lawyer Edward E. Wolfe, a former assistant U.S. secretary of state who negotiated the Pacific Salmon Treaty, held a slight lead over incumbent Linda Streissguth in the race for Kitsap County Commissiom District 3, on Nov. 4.

Bremerton lawyer Edward E. Wolfe, a former assistant U.S. secretary of state who negotiated the Pacific Salmon Treaty, held a slight lead over incumbent Linda Streissguth in the race for Kitsap County Commissiom District 3, on Nov. 4.

As of 8:15 p.m., Wolfe, a Republican, had 26,827 votes to 25,806 for Streissguth, Democrat, according to results posted by the Kitsap County Auditor Elections Division.

Staff members from the Bremerton Patriot/Central Kitsap Reporter were at the Democratic and Republican party election-night events as the polls closed and will post a story shortly.
