KINGSTON HIGH BASEBALL GOES FIVE FOR FIVE
On Tuesday the Bucs traveled to Port Townsend and hammered the Redskins, 21-1. The game ended after five innings. On Tuesday Kingston travels to Port Angeles.
Port Townsend game stats: Kingston posted 16 hits and zero errors. Pitcher Tyler Sullivan tallied 8 strikeouts, 0 hits and 0 runs in three innings; Austin Overton had two strikeouts in two innings; catcher was Kyle Murray. Paul Bagala had four hits, three doubles and seven RBIs; Chris Jones had four hits, three runs and one RBI; Reuben Smith had three hits and four RBIs; Robert Jordan had two hits, three runs and two RBIs; Danny Orr had two hits, one run and one RBI; Tyler Sullivan had two hits, four runs and one RBI; Theron Rahier smacked the Bucs’ only homer.
CHISHOLM’S CHALLENGE BASKETBALL CAMPS
The North Kitsap Athletic Boosters Club presents Chisholm’s Challenge 2008 boys and girls basketball camps. The cost is $85 per camper per camp. There are four camps in all with sessions for ninth through 12-graders and fifth through eighth-graders. The camps run June 9-13, June 23-27, July 7-11 and July 21-25. Registration flyers will be available for pick up at the Sport Haus in Poulsbo or from coach Tony Chisholm at NKHS starting April 7.
