The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a potential indecent exposure incident on board a Central Kitsap school bus.

A 14-year-old male and 14-year-old female admitted to participating in oral sex on a bus during a field trip from Klahowya Secondary School and Olympic High School May 27, said Lt. Kathy Collings.

Both teens are students at Klahowya Secondary School and are being investigated for indecent exposure.

Another female student, 14, videotaped the incident but told deputies and Klahowya Principal Ryan Stevens that she immediately deleted it, Collings said.

It is still unclear if a crime has been committed, she said.

“So far we don’t know other than potential indecent exposure — that would be the only crime,” she said, adding that an investigation is ongoing to determine if the video was distributed before it was deleted. If it was, there is a potential for a child pornography charge.

However, she said, there is no evidence suggesting it had been sent out.
