Two women were arrested on drug charges and a man was taken in on an outstanding warrant after police served a search warrant at a Keyport home Friday.
Police said approximately 6.6 grams of methamphetamine was seized along with other evidence of narcotics sales, including cash, drug paraphernalia, packaging material and scales after authorities converged on the home about noon Feb. 8.
Authorities said the arrests followed an ongoing investigation of alleged drug sales at the residence, located in the 15000 block of Sunset Avenue NE.
Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office detectives and patrol deputies, along with Poulsbo police and detectives from the West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team, served the search warrant.
The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said a 58-year-old Keyport woman was arrested for alleged delivery of methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling for selling controlled substances. She was booked into the Kitsap County Jail on $100,000 bail.
A 41-year-old Poulsbo woman was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, police said. Her bail was set at $25,000. She was not named by authorities.
A male found at the Keyport home was also detained on an outstanding warrant of arrest.
The sheriff’s office said detectives and patrol deputies continue with multiple investigations into burglary and associated property crimes that were connected to various narcotics offenses.
