KHS fastpitch plays the waiting game

After earning a share of the Olympic League title, the Buccaneers fastpitch team is waiting to see who it plays in the district tournament.

TACOMA — After earning a share of the Olympic League title, the Buccaneers fastpitch team is waiting to see who it plays in the district tournament.

The team earns a first-round bye and plays either Fife or Port Angeles today at 6 p.m. at the Sprinker Recreation Center.

If the Bucs win their first game, they are guaranteed a spot at Regionals.

The district tournament continues Saturday. The Bucs will play at 2 p.m. if they win their first game. The championship game is scheduled for 6 p.m. the same day.
