Julia Moreno Ramos Tyler, formerly of Hansville, passed away peacefully on Dec. 18, 2013, in San Pablo, Calif. She was 93.

She was born on Sept. 28, 1920 in San Francisco, Calif., to the late Joseph and Dolores Moreno Ramos. Known as Julie, she was married to the late Dwayne Tyler. She was devoted to her family.

She is survived by her children, Sandra Blumer, Charmain Tyler, and Rodney Tyler; her brother and sister-in-law Richard and Evelyn Ramos; four grandchildren, Cheryl and Mark, and Jennifer and Bethany; and one great-grandchild, Corey.
