A lease with Robinson Carlson & Vergeer will be considered when Port of Bremerton commissioners meet on Tuesday.

The meeting will be at 6 p.m. in the Bill Mahan Conference Room of the Port Administration Building, 8850 SW Highway 3, Bremerton.

The lease for 1.49 acres in the Olympic View Industrial Park is for $4,727 annually, and is being adjusted with an annual increase of $385 based on the consumer price index for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bremerton area in accordance with the provisions of the lease.

The company leases a building that is used for manufacturing for a subcontractor for the naval shipyards.

The lease runs through 2017 and the increase is for years 2013 to 2017. The lease began in 2008.
