Central Kitsap Food Bank sets ribbon cutting

A new food bank will open April 16 at 3537 NW Anderson Hill Road

The board of directors for the Central Kitsap Food Bank has announced that its new food bank will open April 16.

A special ribbon-cutting and tour for friends will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sen. Christine Rolfes will speak.

There will be opportunities to tour the food bank and meet the staff and board of the food bank.

Food and drinks will be served. Officials of the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to witness the opening.
