The Kitsap Health District has released its most recent restaurant inspection scores for restaurants in the Silverdale and Bremerton area.
Inspections were made during August.
Scores are based on a percentage scale, with 98 to 100 percent being excellent; 92 to 97 percent good; 86 to 91 percent needs improvement, 76 to 85 percent alert; and anything 75 percent or below means the restaurant will be closed until improvements are made.
In Bremerton:
Canterbury Manor scored 97.5 percent; violation was improper cold holding temperatures. El Bacon scored 88.75 percent; violations included improper use of time control and inadequate hand washing facilities.
Family Pancake House scored 97.5 percent; violations included improper cold holding temperatures, raw or undercooked foods not identified.
Horse & Cow Pub and Grill scored 97.5 percent; violation was improper cold holding temperatures.
Island Cuisine scored 97.5 percent; violations were unavailable or expired food cards, incorrect dishwashing or sanitizer.
Kama’ Aina Grill scored 98.75 percent; violation was unavailable or expired food cards.
Kapampangan Cuisine scored 92.5 percent; violations were raw meats stored above ready-to-eat food; improper use of time as a control.
Lin’s Teriyaki & Fish and Chips scored 92.5 percent: violations included raw meats stored above ready-to-eat foods, improper cooling procedures.
Sunny Teriyaki scored 93.75 percent; violations included improper cooling temperatures, use of time as a control.
In Silverdale:
Arby’s scored 92.5 percent; violations included improper hot holding temperatures, wiping cloths use and storage.
King’s Wok Buffet scored 82.5 percent; violations included improper hot holding temperatures, unavailable or expired food cards; improper cold holding temperatures, wiping cloths use and storage, and inadequate hand washing.
Round Table Pizza scored 98.75 percent; violations included improper cold holding temperatures.
Subway on Bucklin Hill Road scored 96.25 percent; violations included unavailable or expired food cards, improper cold holding storage temperatures, wiping cloths use and storage.
Teriyaki Delight scored 98 percent; violations included wiping cloth use and storage, in-use utensils not properly stored.
Yacht Club Broiler scored 97.5 percent; violation was improper cold holding temperatures.
