SEABECK – The Kitsap County Coroner determined that a 27-year-old Seabeck man who died during some sort of domestic dispute March 22 had committed suicide.

SEABECK – The Kitsap County Coroner determined that a 27-year-old Seabeck man who died during some sort of domestic dispute March 22 had committed suicide.

According to Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Scott Wilson, a call was made at 5:36 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, from a residence at the 6300 block of Glory Lane NW regarding the deceased man.

Wilson said the man may have been involved in some sort of domestic dispute with his 26-year-old wife. Deputies arrived at the scene first. Three detectives were called to the scene afterward. A search warrant was obtained and the scene was processed.

Wilson said the couple as well as family friends were at the residence at the time. They were interviewed by detectives.

The 26-year-old wife was not injured. No arrests were made and no suspects are wanted.

Wilson said the victim died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The weapon has been recovered.

Wilson said the couple did not have any children.

CENTRAL KITSAP – Sheriff’s deputies and detectives are investigating the death of a 27-year-old man in the Seabeck area of Central Kitsap.
