Central Kitsap School Board to meet Wednesday

Board members will meet with the public to discuss district projects and give reports.

The Central Kitsap School District school board will meet Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. There will be a report from the Brownsville Elementary School Committee regarding the possible name change–full or partial–of the school to honor John “Bud” Hawk. A budget status report will be given for January, along with February’s capital projects report and cash flow for 2014-2015 decisions.

Public comment is welcome during the board meeting. The meeting is expected to run until about 7:45 p.m., and it will be held at the Jenne-Wright Administration Center in Silverdale.
