Not supporting Seaquist

This summer, however, I was blessed to have met and talked in depth with candidate Michelle Caldier who I believe is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the incumbent.

Last year my 26th District Senator Jan Angel was gracious enough to fight on behalf of my family’s Paternity Fraud by sponsoring SB 5997.

Several local papers mentioned my testimony in Olympia for this legislation. During the course of my lengthy battle for paternity reform that would free my husband from an unjust obligation of paying $850/month for a non-biological child, I was appalled by Rep. Larry Seaquist’s failure to acknowledge my seven-month-long attempt at garnering his support in the House.

It wasn’t until I called Mr. Seaquist out in an email for his failure to represent his constituents and declared I would tell all of my fellow voters about his lack of respect for them that he finally bothered to get back to me.

This summer, however, I was blessed to have met and talked in depth with candidate Michelle Caldier who I believe is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the incumbent.

Michelle is intelligent, passionate and understands the complications we face in Kitsap. We are living in uncertain times and are in need of legislators who stand up to the corruption and for concerned citizens instead of ignoring them to follow their own personal agendas.

I think it is imperative that voters know what kind of a representative we currently have and how badly we need change in representation so that positive growth can be had.

I certainly do not want another two years of Mr. Seaquist’s empty promises to my family.
