It is possible that “parents with young children, older and not-so-old people, and young sailors” would be interested and appreciative of a 9/11 memorial at the Silverdale Waterfront.
It is possible that rather than deter the public, this memorial would bring more people and new business to an area that dearly needs it. It could be a great asset to Old Town.
What is NOT possible is that our “local fire people” would accept or use debris or trash to commemorate such a tragic day in America’s history.
