New Bremerton restaurant hiring for next month’s opening

The Bremerton Bar and Grill, a new downtown restaurant scheduled to open for dinner April 18, is hiring more than 40 local employees for all positions. The restaurant has hired 15 people so far and is conducting weekly interviews with interested applicants.

The Bremerton Bar and Grill will be the latest addition to the Neighborhood Grills restaurant group, which includes the Greenlake Bar and Grill, Eastlake Bar and Grill, Lake Forest Bar and Grill and Crossroads Bar and Grill. The restaurant is at 190 Pacific Avenue, near the ferry terminal. Menu items include steaks and chicken entrees as well as burgers, seafood and a variety of salads, soups and sandwiches, according to a statement from the restaurant. The restaurant will have about 4,000 square feet of dining space including the bar area and a private dining room can seat up to 15 guests for private meetings.
