The events of the Pacific Northwest Cruisers that took place on the downtown waterfront was, I’m sure, enjoyable to those attending, but it was extremely annoying to those of us across the water.

The firing of their cannon the entire weekend was not only annoying, but also startling!

My thanks to the city for wrecking a quiet weekend — again!
