General public can secure their seats now at www.Ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745- 3000. Details at www.apollo13.co.nz
Apollo 13: Mission Control was created by two New Zealand talents – Kip Chapman and Brad Knewstubb – after being inspired by a road trip around the United States in 2007. The show caught the attention of “Walking with Dinosaurs – The Live Experience” creator, Bruce Mactaggart in 2010.
The resulting collaboration has led to Tacoma, Washington landing this brilliantly clever and wonderfully crafted, interactive masterpiece exclusively at the Tacoma Dome’s Exhibition Hall.
Audience members can choose to be part of the action by purchasing Console tickets, or sit back with a Press Gallery ticket and watch our Flight Director take them on this uniquejourney.
Early engagements of APOLLO 13: MISSION CONTROL have been received enthusiastically by audiences in New Zealand as well as Arts Festival showings in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. The Sydney Morning Herald rated the sold out Sydney Opera House season as one of the top ten theatrical events of 2010.
