Raymond E. Webber, died at home in Port St. Lucie, Fla., on May 22, 2011.
He was 71.
He was born on Nov. 14, 1939, in Middletown, N.Y., to Richard and Elsie (Prigge) Webber.
He married Margaret Jane DeLade in Warwick, N.Y., on May 4, 1958.
She preceded him in death in 1987.
He worked as an insulator for 22 years, retiring in 2002.
He also served in the National Guard from 1956 to 1961.
He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, softball, Little League baseball and playing slots at the casino.
He is survived by sons James (and wife Donna) Webber of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Mike (and wife Diana) Webber of Bremerton, WA; daughter Linda (and husband Tommy) Bynum of Springhill, Tenn.; brothers Charlie (and wife Gisela) Webber of Middletown, N.Y., Harold (and wife Harriet) Webber of Port Orchard and David (and wife Linda) Webber of Circleville, N.Y.; sisters Martha (and husband Butch) Healy of Vilas, N.C., Margaret Cherry of Slate Hill, N.Y. and Kate (and husband Kenny) Henderson of Warwick, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 18 at Rill Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
