Lillian Clare Clough died Aug. 7, 2006 in Bremerton. She was 102 years old.
Mrs. Clough was born on Jan. 11, 1904 in Peach, Wash. to Wesley and Lillian (Haskins) Balcom.
Her first husband, John Wesley Ungren, died in a logging accident on Nov. 29, 1935. Her second husband, Albert Clough, died on Oct. 21, 1972.
Mrs. Clough, a longtime Bremerton resident, was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed her flower and vegetable garden. She preserved jars of produce and crocheted gifts for her family and friends. During World War II Mrs. Clough worked at the Jackson Park Naval Ammunition Depot.
She is survived by: her sons Billy (Evelyn) Ungren of Bremerton, Robert (Carol) Ungren of Bremerton, James (Ellen) Clough of Crosby and Edward (Carol) Clough of Crosby; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons John Wesley Ungren in 2001 and Guy Harold Ungren in 2004.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10 at Lewis Funeral Chapel, followed by a private burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Lewis Funeral Chapel.
