Dorothy L. Jazuk died March 29, 2007, in Silverdale. The San Rafael, Calif. resident was 82.

Mrs. Jazuk was born on Jan. 15, 1925, in San Francisco to Robert and Grace (Slater) Harvey.

She graduated from Lowell High School (San Francisco) in 1943 and from San Francisco State University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree. She was an administrative assistant for the city of San Rafael for 10 years. She married George Jazuk who preceded her in death in 1981.

Mrs. Jazuk enjoyed quilting, dancing and exercise class.

She is survived by her sons Joseph (Nancy) Jazuk of Vallejo, Calif., James (Marjorie) Jazuk of Harstine Island, Wash. and George (Lena) Jazuk of Walnut Creek, Calif.; daughters Jeannie (Jimmy) Dunn of Silverdale, Mary (James) Mathews of Indianapolis and Joann Lowrie of Petaluma, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3 in San Rafael with burial at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Lewis Funeral Chapel. An online memorial is available at www.lewischapel.com.
