Judi From, 63

Judi From of Poulsbo died Feb. 26, 2007 at her home. She was 63.

From was born to Henry and Echo (Bruce) Jensen in El Centro, Calif. on Aug. 21, 1943.

She married Dick From on Aug. 27, 1970 in San Jose, Calif.

From worked as a mortgage and escrow lender and was a co-owner of Puget Sound Mortgage and Escrow. She also worked at Countrywide Mortgage.

She enjoyed traveling, jewelry, art and spending time with her grandchildren. She also raised guide dogs for the blind for 13 years.

From is survived by her husband Dick From of Poulsbo; sons David (Dacia) From of Spokane and Greg (Cathy) From of Covington; sister Shirley Suza of Santa Clara, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. March 3 at Vinland Lutheran Church in Poulsbo.
