Olivia Hernandez died June 28, 2005 in Silverdale. She was one day old.

Hernandez was born to Juan Hernandez and Janis Chapman in Silverdale on June 28, 2005.

She is survived by parents Juan Hernandez and Janis Chapman of Kingston; sister Hannah of Kingston; grandparents Lynn Chapman of Suquamish and Adolfo and Hilaria Hernandez of Brownsville, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. July 6 at the chapel at Swedish Hospital’s Providence campus in Seattle.
