Jerry Hill, 70

Poulsbo resident Jerry Hill died March 18, 2005 in Poulsbo. He was 70.

He was born to William and Doris (Sackerson) Hill in St. Paul, Minn. on July 2, 1934.

Hill married Barbara Hill on March 24, 1974 in Kirkland.

He moved to Kitsap County in 1977. He worked in the newspaper industry in Minnesota and Seattle. He also worked in the hardware industry for Parker Lumber in Bremerton and for the last 10 years, he worked for Kingston Lumber.

Hill enjoyed building, camping, traveling and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Hill of Poulsbo; children Deborah, Cinda, Kathleen, Michael Steven, David, Michael Wayne and Mary; seven brothers and sisters; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. March 26 at The Stone Chapel. Cremation will take place at Cherry Grove Crematory.
