With the recent wins by the Democratic party, especially in Washington state, we need to alert all our young people of the upcoming hiring boom by this same party. Based on the results nationwide, it has become evident that this party is looking for young, inexperienced candidates to join their ranks.

So, young people, look to this new regime for opportunities you could only have imagined. Only a high school graduate? No problem.

Better yet, all of you who have alleged non-functional degrees from preferably liberal, out-of-state schools, feel empowered. No job experience? No problem; this employer likes those with a mental “blank slate” so that they can “mold” you for future service.

Nervous about public speaking and developing new ideas? Take heart. This employer will provide all the points you need to regurgitate to your constituency even though you may sound like everyone else on the payroll. As evidenced by the last election, do not, I repeat, do not be intimidated by challengers to your position who may have impeccable educational credentials (like graduating from a U.S. military academy), or enviable work experience (like more than 30 years of management), or a record of community involvement and service.

These are minor hurdles to overcome merely by getting endorsements from your company peers who may or may not even know you. So take heart young people, the path to fame and fortune is awaiting you.
