SUQUAMISH — Jessica Lynn Santos passed away on ​April ​7, 2017 in Suquamish. She was born on Feb. 25, 1994 and was 23 years of age.​

Jessica (Jess) was a giving person who loved her family and friends. She will be remembered for her funny, bubbly, goofy personality. The bonds she forged with those around her were like no other, and the faith and confidence she had in people created loving relationships.

Jess loved to dance, sing, color and help others. She was a very beautiful soul on the inside and out. Jess supported all aspects of her culture, especially youth programs.

She is survived by her parents, Gloria (Adam), and Robert; her siblings, Veronica (Benjamin), Daniel, Denita (Joseph), Erica, and Nathan; grandmothers, Charlotte and Linda; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Cardiel; and great-grandparents, Delphina and Luis Hurtado, Louie Morago, James Henry Sr. and Alice Henry.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service at 11 a.m. on April 22 at ​The House of Awakened Culture in Suquamish. Interment will take place in the Suquamish Cemetery.
