OLALLA — The 2017 Olalla Americana Festival started 11 a.m. Aug. 19 at the South Kitsap Little League Fields in Olalla.
The festival featured live music, a beer-and-wine garden, an arts-and-craft fair, crafts, pony rides and more.
There was face-painting and bubble-blowing for kids, and a wide variety of food and beverages available.
But the biggest draw of the event was, of course, the music.
Musicians playing included Afton Prater, Terry Holder, Reid Jamieson Band, JD Hobson Band, Shelby Earl Band, Kids Parade and Jim Valley & The Rainbow Planet, LeRoy Bell, Vicci Martinez, and Hot Damn Scandal: Tipsy Gypsy American Blues.
